Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies, tracking or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server. Like any web server, our hosting may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Support requests

When you contact us through the support form, we receive:

• your name,
• your email address,
• your message, and
• technical details of the request: IP address, browser type and time.

We use this only to answer your question and to protect the form against abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in helping the people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your request is stored on our server and delivered to our support inbox by Eusend, an EU-based email delivery service that processes it on our behalf. To limit abuse, a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address is kept for at most one hour. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone else.

We keep support requests for 6 months and then delete them. If you email us directly, the same applies.
